Our housekeepers are experienced, proactive and positive. They take care of all housekeeping duties, ranging from daily maintenance to deep cleaning, as well as laundry, maintaining household inventory and supplies, and special projects and tasks uniquely needed in each home. Housekeepers are hired for a minimum of 20 hours/week, and housekeeper salaries typically start at $30-$60/hr (gross). Our housekeepers are skilled at cleaning large homes and high-end furnishings. Only 10% of applicants make it through the extensive Seattle Nanny Agency screening process. They are career housekeepers who get to know your home, and customize their daily, weekly and monthly cleaning to your needs. Serving Seattle, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Medina, Madison Park, Sammamish, Redmond, and Kirkland areas.
We charge the family a one-time fee for a long term commitment. The agency fee is charged only after we successfully place a Housekeeper in your home. All agency fees are based upon a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary, with a minimum fee of $4,500. All searches require a non-refundable $350 initial retainer per search.
